4 years agoAfter a seller of a $3M+ had their property on the market for over 2 years with another big real estate team, David took the property over, convinced the seller of what renovations needed to be done to make the property marketable and sold the property within 3 months. We closed a few files with David who has a juris doctorate degree so I have seen how knowledgeable, tenacious, and organized he is. His marketing materials are also very clean and he is a brand in and of himself, whom you want representing you. Based thereon, I recommended a $1.5M renovation job to David because I knew he could get the property sold. Once again David did not disappoint. Everything he touches will turn to gold.
